This Sunday

I attended a yoga class this morning. A first trial one. Excellent teacher, so I signed the list for more. Her first group full and they should start another one, but earlier. Nine o clock sunday morning - that's def not me. Hopefully someone will change. At the centre we saw on the board a group for 90+. They don't accept anyone younger!! Love it, just love it. A womand told me about her mum that was 95 and active and how they use to say to her "remember you're not eighty anymore!". Isn't is wonderful!?

Noticed the lake frozen today, but must very new as we havn't had cold weather for long. People is wild here, out on the lake skiing, skating. Wonder how they dare. Maybe some information..

A afternoon tour to a very cosy place, combined "lanthandel" (the old type of store in the countryside where you could buy a little of everything) and cafè/restaurant. We spent time sitting there and decided to go back to their next exhibition, which will be about the woman that made the drawings in the Pippi Longstocking-books. Not many know of her, nor do we - but maybe coming back to the subject :)
