It Must Soon be Summer?

It feels like the cricket season has only just finished but yesterday indoor training started again.
My daughter plays County cricket & after being Captain for the U13's for the last 3 years has this year moved up to the U15's.
This is a huge step for her as she has gone from being the eldest to being one of the youngest.
Training is for 2 hours each week with Club training starting soon too.
Today she is laying on the sofa aching! She's a bowler and the Winter break means her muscles have forgotten about cricket!
I guess Summer must be just around the corner & soon we'll be driving round various counties cheering her on.
With the weather having turned so cold it's hard to imagine at the moment!
