Little tiny heads

Ranay's for breakfast, then planned out some details for my upcoming trip to Boulder, CO with my sis-in-law K....

We then ran some errands downtown, and grabbed some happy hour eats and beer at the Elephant and Castle - ugh. That was a huge caloric waste - the food tasted like cafeteria food (at best). I do not recommend their HH menu.

Came home, relaxed and then making a black-eyed pea soup with greens (from Soup's On) and some stir fried veggies for dinner (gai lan, or chinese broccoli, and enoki mushrooms).

I am on day 6 of my 21 day yoga challenge. I opted for the beginners sequence because I hadn't really done much yoga for the month before, but now I think it's a bit too simple for me. Oh well, it's making me get on my mat every day and even if it's just simple stretching, it's making me more aware of my breath and posture and the importance of daily practice, no matter how gentle or simple it may feel.
