The Boys

Living every day by this man's side has been like nothing else. The few people in his life that he cares so deeply for are amazing and I feel lucky to know them now. The people you surround yourself with say a lot about who you are, and so far I like what I see..in his friends and the man himself both. I see little pieces of each friend I've met in him and I can appreciate the way these boys share a similar brilliance. I love that these boys learn from eachother, respect eachother, and laugh together like nobody else. One friend of his in particular has gotten through to me in a very real way. It's good to see that the man I am spending my time with has a friend like this who is so incredibly down to earth. Meeting a person like Jason is like a breath of fresh air because he recognizes my level of genuine love and care, and he really listens to what I have to say. I don't know him very well but I can see right through him and I see that his outlook on life is so admirable. I know this man wouldn't let anything get him down and he can always throw his head back and laugh, no matter what struggles are hitting him in life.

Like I said before, you are who you surround yourself with. So my boy being so close with a man like Jason is a good sign.
