Run Forrest ... Run!!!

Hi Blippers!

I hope you have all had a great Saturday so far :) We have just ordered a Pizza Hut takeaway and so I will have to make this quick!

Here is Ben about to go on his run for the day. Today he ran 5 miles around our town in 40 minutes :o he is a running machine! He is training for the local half marathon in April and so far it is going very well. He is hoping to run 8 minute miles and today in my role as timekeeper I worked out that he ran 8.2 minute miles. What a star :) I am very proud of him already. I took the photo from the upstairs window as I was busy studying lying in bed watching 'Grey's Anatomy' and 'New Girl' and eating chocolate.

I am going to try gin for second time in my life tonight. The first time I tried it I did not like it because my teenage palate at the time was more suited to jugs of cheeky vimto cocktails from wetherspoons. Fingers crossed that I will like it! :) We only got a minature bottle of Hendricks and so if I like it then I will have to go to the corner shop for a litre of it ;)
