slipper fascism

I have always rallied against slippers. I think they're a strange invention only to be worn by the elderly....

That said, at Christmas Mr B bought me some and I'm kind of in love with them. The idea was that they'll be useful in the new house (which has stone/wooden floors) but I'm wearing them on the carpet with pride.
