Frost

It's a bit cold.

Dropped Alana off at Music Center for her Saturday clarinet practice. She wouldn't let me leave her until her friend Imogen turned up. Imogen is really nice and she obviously likes Alana. It's nice when other kids like your own or maybe reassuring is a better word. I popped to the park with my camera hoping to get a nice frosty shot but it didn't really happen. The picture here is of some kid on his bmx riding past the racecourse.

After clarinet Alana had her school friend Megan's swimming party to go to. Again Alana showed her lack of confidence when she was worried about going in. All was fine when Megan ran out and gave her a hug. It's nice when other kids like your own.

Megan is sleeping over now. Just had a pizza tea and I can hear Louis trying to get involved. I hope there are no tears. I may have to distract Louis with a game of doubles on a console of some sort!
