Tartiflette

After a bad day yesterday (Statistics) when I completely failed to cook dinner (tried twice to cook Kedgeree and ruined the rice twice due to brain fade!), I decided today would be different.

Managed to break the back of the stats project and cooked dinner that was really quite edible. This is what was left of the Tatiflette (first attenpt at cooking, however (intentionally) left the bacon out, as was accompanyment to steak), very yummy will be cooking again! And now its the weekend...
