Exhibitionists.
Had a really enjoyable day today wandering around the National Museum of Scotland. The Natural World galleries in the photo above were, unsurprisingly, super busy all the time but it was really quiet in most of the other sections. Also helped a lovely young lady by taking a photo of her with an Orrery from 1913 for a project she is undertaking. She is documenting items from 1913 - the year in which her grandmother was born - in order to put together an exhibition in 2013. Sounded like a really nice idea and she's going to send me details of her blog which I'm looking forward to seeing!
Went in past St Giles cathedral on the way home too which was a nice, quiet, relaxed contrast to the Museum.
Going to a cheese, wine and board games night tonight which doesn't bode especially well for going for a run tomorrow but we'll see.
