Back crack but no sack! Lol
I was up early today for an appointment for my regular check up with my Osteopath.
I used to have terrible trouble with my back & a few years ago ended up in hospital not able to walk, luckily I was recommended this sports Osteopath & he has helped me to build up strength in my back by exercising, swimming & going to the gym. I no longer have any problems just the occasional twinge thats when I know to take it easy.
So after a nice massage & a back crack it was off to the cafe for a well deserved fat boy breakfast...yum!
