Blue

OK -not a lot of blue apart from his sweater but this is one lovely man!!!
This wonderful chap is our neighbour he's about 72 and works from dawn til dusk outdoors planting, cropping, ploughing, burning, chickening, doggening and all things to survive.
Recently we helped to pluck and gut chickens and ducks, make pomodoro, harvest olives.
I made bread today so took him a loaf, nice and warm.
We came home with eggs, tomatoes,beans, chick peas and tummies full of wine and coffee.... I love this place!!
The injuries to his forehead are from chopping wood for the stufa and the red eye is-so he tells us-due to the cold air, he showed us the eye drops.
