the news the other day that waterstone's was abandoning the apostrophe has sparked fury amongst many people including myself personally i think we should dumb down to mediocrity and abandon all grammer including full stops capital letters commas paragraphs colons etc why dont we also thow in a few spilling mistakes and tyopogrpahical errors to

Is this the way ahead for written and spoken English? I do hope not.
