3 1/4 Pounds

Another 3 1/4 pounds off, hoorar, so it is working. Went for another jog along the seafront. Was a beautiful day, frosty but sunny and calm. A view from the garden...Uncle Pete also visiting so nice to catch up with him, otherwise a very quiet Friday night...all in the name of fitting into that 40's dress by my Birthday.
