What's in a Date?

Well...

I'd forgotten it was Friday the Thirteenth. That is until the man on the radio told me. I wasn't even worried when I passed that single magpie on the bypass. I doffed a salute to the Major and carried on my way. Then I arrived at work!

One of our branch servers had crashed only 55 mins after midnight and the overnight team were still struggling when we arrived in the office at 9am. Through the day various attempts to restore it met with no success. To cut a long story short, the branch eventually got back up and running at 4.30pm. A few more additional issues had to be resolved with our transmissions processing but we were able to recover and update our systems by 5.20pm. Phew, what a day!

But, yeahhh, it's the weekend!!!
