Break-up

As the vapour trails from this aircraft pass above our heads and the announcement comes on the radio of the possibility of a national breakup of the UK, we are taking baby out for some shopping. The pram is loaded, car-seat carefully connected and everything else in 'man-satchels'. Its her first little official outing in the car since arriving home from the hospital and both mummy and myself are very excited.
