Pain

Today has been baaaaaad! My back pain got so bad that I had to go to hospital, was wheeled in in a wheelchair, the pain was worse than childbirth and I've given birth to big babies with no pain relief!
Turns out one of my joints in the lumber region had slipped and the muscles have spasmed around it, hence me being in horrific pain.
My neighbours all rallied round and I am so thankful as couldn't have got through day without them.
No training for the 10k yet then!
