Momentous

Today I rode my bike for the first time in a long time - 4 years, I think. My painful neuropathy had made even the thought of riding a bike pure torture. While I am still battling some arthritis, my neuropathy is so much better. It wasn't too painful and it was fun. Woohoo!

Too bad James and I didn't have a point and shoot camera on us while we were riding. I am afraid I have no picture to document this momentous occasion. A picture of the formerly neglected helmet will have to do.
