Mmm...coffee!

Well, it was inevitable that at some point in this process I'd hit a lack of inspiration. I was rather hoping to get further than day 2 though!

That said, I'm very much a coffee geek, experimenting with various extraction methods and sourcing beans that can be traced to single farms, so if this journal is meant to reflect me in any way then coffee has to be involved somewhere. These beans come from the Cordillera Central mountains, a long range in the middle of the Dominican Republic. They've travelled a long way...
