Slam in the lamb!

Do you know, I actually feel sorry for anyone not having tea with me tonight ;-)
This is a joint of our beautiful homebred lamb, which will be served with 'tates & veggies from the stockfeed heap. I can pretty much guarantee that once the Aga has finished with it, you will not have tasted lamb so good. However, the only problem is, I keep opening the Aga door and pinching a nag off it here and there, I fear there will be very little left for the table!
There is something so decidant about a roast on a Friday night but something so wholesome about a dinner completely produced in your own farm yard.
