Almost all of the team are now in Arusha, courtesy of KLM last night. A few have still to arrive, but the rest of us got together after breakfast.

Alan updated us on what we're doing after we get off the mountain - looks busy. Our prospects in the big football game against Upendo All Stars were a hot topic. Then he took Janet, Denise & Andy off to Patendi Teaching College to do some work.

Poor Denise & Andy - just off the plane (virtually) and then straight into it.

The rest of us just cluttered up the hotel, taking it easy and drinking lots of water. Then at 6 the climbers meet the guides for final briefing.
