A Celebratory Roast.....

.....dinner to commemorate my semi-retirement (which started in December ;) and my dear friend going on holiday for 3 and a half weeks.

Last year I was contracted to work until July, then it was extended until November.....then luckily, I was kept on with a few hours cut.
This meal had been pending since then. Originally it would've been the last supper but luckily I'm still in work and can actually afford to eat it haha!

And also, my friend is off on hers travels soon and wanted something typically British as a send of.....and so, some meat, a yorkshire and some gravy killed 2 birds with one stone, if you know what I mean???
