Impressive neighbours!

A little wander down the Grassmarket today to capture the castle with a clear blue background (not a common sight in Edinburgh!). At the time I thought I had taken some good shots but looking at them on the PC the winter sun created a lot of dark shadows on street level.

Today is my Friday as I work condensed hours, but the only thing with that is no-one to enjoy the "Friday night" feeling!
