Illumination

I don't really know what's going on in this shot.

I was late leaving to pick the boys up from school and as I left I glanced back at the house.

Looking through the window I noticed that the roses on the kitchen table were beautifully illuminated.

There's a lot of reflection going on here, including mine (I think).

That much I know.

But where did that band of spotty pickled light stuff come from.
