Making way for our new Sainsburys Metro/Express...

...........the renovations of three old shops have revealed what they used to be in a previous life a long time ago. This one was a Hairdressers and Taboconist, another one used too be Ernest Lawsons (but no clue as to what service was offered by Ernest on the premises) and finally a shop that was called 'Travelling Requisites' - who did what I wonder?

Not sure if the original frontage is staying, but the roof is off and work on the new shop is due to be completed in two/three months.
