Oldshoremore Beach

A stunning drive northwards with a pitstop in Ullapool for some essentials and fish and chips :) It was Pier Day there so we were able to go aboard the RNLI Lifeboat and have a little look about. We made good time and spent the afternoon at Oldshoremore beach. It was so beautiful, the sea was turquoise and the sand almost white. It took my breath away. The girls were desperate to go into the sea and Murron, in her excitement, managed to go in fully clothed! We arrived at the youth hostel in Tongue exhausted, tumbled into our beds and were soon sound asleep.
