Fitness

I have just realised that the vine in my back garden benchpresses more than I can.

I'm off to bed to cry.

Can't wait for the olympics to start. A month of sitting on the sofa, remote control firmly in hand, with a can of beer (light) and diet crisps within reach.

Fitness is mostly a frame of mind!
