And, that's four swims in four days. Weekly target of lengths has been achieved. Owt that comes in the next three days is a bonus. Quite tired tho' it must be said. It's undoubtedly not what the health professionals rcommend but I am gagging on a large black coffee right now, about to finish up this journal sharpish.


Music, wow, a recently-purchased classic Blue Note album for only £3. If you've got a Fopp in your town I suggest you get there pronto. This one is almost worth it just for the cover alone.
