Where would we be without the X,Q and C?
As a scrabble fan, I am very glad that John Elfreth Watkins' prediction in 1900 that C, X and Q would disappear from the alphabet in 100 years did not come to pass. Extraordinary, quite incredible! Imagine quixotic on a treble word score (assuming a bit of luck with the letters on the board)!
