Confit
I made pork confit this evening, at the same time as Jen was roasting a joint of belly pork. This week we will mostly be eating pig!
Cold is becoming a cold rather than a tickly cough so the rest of the evening was spent on the sofa watching episode 2 of Sherlock, The Hounds of Baskerville. It's still good and as someone else mentioned to me there is more than a dash of Withnail in Benedict Cumberbatch's Sherlock, which is not a bad thing at all.
