Are You An Aristocrat?

Prompted by this blip, I raised the topic of ear lobes with my wife again after a number of years.

I remembered that a sign of aristocracy is the size of one's earlobes. My wife corrected me and said it was whether the lobes are attached to the cheeks or not. Hers aren't so she is the aristocrat, evidently. Foiled again!

Well, at least in taking this shot I've found that cat's eye stone. I wondered why I was hard of hearing on the left-hand side!
