Yesterday I was saying "never gonna blimmin buy nothing off the internet no more grumble moan. Today I think the people from Now and Zen are heroes.

This is a beautiful clock , maple case and with an acoustic chime which resonates for quite some time. When the first one arrived a couple of weeks back it didnt work. A few emails to and fro, they sent me a troubleshooting list, a week ago I said still not working. I heard nothing, yesterday I was lining up to get grumpy. This morning this was in the letterbox.
