The Artist

A typically productive day (ahem) rounded off with a visit to the Cameo to see The Artist. Big crowds! (OK it was Orange Wednesday so all the cheapskates were there). What a fine film. A stupid grin never left my face for the first ten minutes, I'm sure. And quite apart from the amusing cleverness of the plot and actors, it's technically quite amazing. The scenes, the music. Wah wah! Superb. A triumph. ***** Pensioner
And talking of the artist, I'll be meeting a few of a certain bent before the end of the month it would appear. Aye, the first gathering of the famous 101 Club in 2012! Jubilee? Olympics? Away wi yi.
