So decoded the message and it pointed me towards a Japanese spy that goes under many aliases from yuji ide, jamio to lord of the damned. In this pic he is the one kissing me.

As part of my approach to infiltrate this gang I turned on my charm and flirted myself onto this table. The other suspect on this table is code named king pin. He is an underlord of the local crime scene. He is known to own many a KFC franchise as a means of laundering his dirty money.
