Cambridge from above

Cambridge is my home town, yet today was the first time I took the 120 steps up Great St Mary's Church to take in the fantastic views.
I did try once before when G was here, but some one was (inconsiderately) getting married and we were unable.
(sorry G, we will go another time :)
The view above is of Kings Parade, the grounds of Kings College and beyond.....it was quite hazy today so the view is not as great as I would have liked.

In other news, day off today! Commenced with the doc's for a blood test, then into Cambridge for some photography, lunch with bro, sis and baby H. Then finally to pick up the new kitchen table......I'm sitting at it right now......and its bloody great. Finally the camping table can be put away !
No exercise tonight, thought I'd rest after the numerous pains of last night's run.
