In the spirit of sticking to resolutions and being really hungry after a long swim decided to make these sweet potato crisps.

A whole sweet potato chopped into thin(ish) slices, sprayed with olive oil and sprinkled with nandos peri peri sprinkle, and then in the oven for 10/15 mins.

Tasty and (probably) healthier and certainly more colourful than a bag of walkers!
