Hell
After a peaceful day communing in Cumbria I had to battle my way via British Rail into the heart of London. As ever I found this to be a disturbing contrast. Once the novelty had worn off and I could manage to walk without gazing up at the skyscrapers the real feel of the place took hold. I am not a city type. I was there for a meeting with a client but as ever took my little fuji pocket camera with me. Framing this shot was quite scary for me after days of lakes, snowdrops and marmalade! What on earth inspired this mish mash of buildings! Who works here? What are they like? How do they breathe?
