Here is Spain ordering a coffee has its unique lexicon, and especially here in Malaga Province where there are unique names.

There's a lot more than just a classic 'café con leche'!

So for a really milky coffee order a 'Nube', a cloud; or if you still want a milky coffee but with a little more expresso order a 'Sombra', a shadow. A stronger coffee is a 'semi-cortado' or 'cortado' whilst a large coffee is understandably a 'largo'.

If you want a weak, watery, tasteless coffee simply order an 'Americano'!
