Satisfaction

This morning I decided to change the bed, then I decided to dust and then I ended up painting the bedroom and re-arranging the furniture, very pleased with myself now.

also today I blew my nose and think I may have damaged my ear in the process, it seemed to pop and now I can't hear very well, what's that all about?
