leaking pipes arrggghhh

Our heating system has sprung a leak now to test my claustraphobia just lfted the 3 floorboards to allow me access int around the bowels of hell creeping around with around 3 1/2 ft of headroom i find 5 rotted gasmasks from ww2 and thankfully no rats no leaks but now dicovered a slight trickle
of water seeping down kitchen wall arrggghhhh floors to be ripped up thank god for house insurance. no more cold sweat from claustraphobia thanks to my older brothers many years ago when they would lock me in the wardrobe when my parents were out.savages"
