Wednesday morning bike rides have started again, with the usual pit stop here.


Twitish is very kind and pedals extra slowly for me.
In reality she should cycle off with embarrassment; what me me looking like such a knob in a mish mash of cobbled together gear, that isn't really for fitness but will just about do.
