Horse riding

I had my first calligraphy lesson of this year today. The kanji that I'd learnt today was "haseru" which the original meaning is to let a horse run. But we also use the word when we want our heart or thoughts to go out further. It is such a beautiful word but yet is a difficult to explain but if you look at the shape you'll see a person riding a horse fast to send her heart out.
