In Lieu Of The Northern Lights
Nice use of pathetic fallacy re the sun's 11-year sunspot cycle: the sun has a 'heartbeat' and is now approaching its peak. There may be spectacular aurorae, visible even from Ireland. So I drove to the sea to see what was up. Nothing much. Likewise up in the Dublin mountains, though the city looked spectacular enough, a hotbed of business and brightness. Then I looked right and the almost full moon surprised me again.
