We're now 11 days into the new year and I've not yet muttered the inevitable words.. I must get fit... 6 months ago I was running every night but it fell by the wayside when Danny was born. I need to get back on it- I've only got 5 years until my first potential Father's Day Race and I want to be ready for it!
