My First Pho Experience

This lovely dish in front of you is a Vietnamese noodle dish called Pho. The hubs joined me this evening for our first experience with Pho, and it certainly did not disappoint. Savory broth, luscious thin slices of steak and brisket, rice noodles, and lots of veggies to pile in the bowl made me one happy lady. AND there are plenty of sauces and condiments to flavor your soup any way that you like. Spicy Sriracha, savory sweet fish plum sauce, soy sauce, and hot chili sauce were just a few of the choices to add to your bowl. AND it's only one block away from where I work. Zach and I absolutely loved it!
