The Iceman Cometh

Art has to do some homework on a newspaper report but he says he'd rather chose something from Ripley's believe it or not.
Can't say I blame him. An Indian woman giving birth into and losing her baby through a train toilet (and getting it back from the tracks alive 2 hours later) is more enthralling than a local man complaining that BT want £900 to remove an ugly pole from in front of his gate.
I'd have just enticed him away with the promise of a bottle of vodka, a bowl of goulash and a bit of plumbing work.
