See AS has called DC's bluff. Wonder if he'll be dumb enough to take it to the next level (DC that is). He clearly doesn't understand the feeling up here. Besides; which one was it that was given a clear democratic mandate? I'm not a national separatist, but I am pro Europe and I don't get the hypocritical argument that the UK should go it alone on the one hand - but that Scotland should be required to dance to Westminster's tune when it suits them.

If we're not allowed to make decisions about our own future and in our own time according to the wishes of the electorate, then where does that leave democracy and the right to self determination? Where does that put anyone who stands in the way of that process? At the moment we seem to call them Dictators (although they do have to live in the "right" part of the world). Hey ho.

Good things today: got a few things sorted out by email and have started a pet project moving. That will be exciting if we can get it to work. More on that later. Otherwise a couple of things tied up and a new database started. The design bit is always the most interesting. Oh and I almost forgot. Homemade stovies!
