A perfect family Sunday...

What a lovely lovely Sunday! I started it off with a quick 6 mile bike ride (first time out on my own and I did it in about 28 mins without stopping so I was pretty chuffed with that!)

Then after breakfast and a while playing with the marble run Nigel took the girls to the park while I cooked a roast lunch.

They piled home just before the yummy roast chicken went on the table and then daddy settled down with the girls for cuddles in front of Shrek 2. However he soon fell asleep (nearly dropping Hannah by the looks of things) and they got bored so ended up in the kitchen with me doing painting and sticking while I made chicken soup and daddy snoozed for a couple of hours.

2 lovely happy pickles for bath and bedtime and quickly to sleep - what a simple, perfect Sunday with my lovely little family!
