Fallen Officer

Again we wear a mourning band on our badge. Another officer died this weekend in the line of duty on a routine traffic stop. Shot and killed, leaving behind a wife and a three month old baby.

I hate wearing these mouring bands- it reminds all of us that we are at risk every day. If I never have to attend another policemans funeral I would be thrilled.
