An early morning long exposure of Leicester... Sums it all up nicely for me with the car parks, HMRC building, cinema, retail developments, abandoned railway infrastructure and scrapyard. Really enjoy walking the areas just outside the city centre, lots of desolation and potential all in one. The area in the foreground awaits a large regeneration project with the developement of "waterfront" residencies planned.
