Rhubarb and Pannacotta Riband Jelly with Tuiles

Owing more than a little to Bompas and Parr essentially it's Rhubarband custard and I'd intended the tuiles to be gingery.
Still need a bit of work but the principle is sound....

But I need to do some thing about my lighting set up.
